Steve Wilson

I developed my passion for fishing from my Grand Parents and Father who took me fishing many times. They loved it and I developed that same love. I have a Master’s in Education and taught Biology, Chemistry and was in coaching for 5 years before I went into sales with World Book. I worked with them for 21 years and worked my way up to VP and then started my own company in 1997 and have a sales force in 8 states.

I have been on the Chapter leadership in Eden Prairie since 1997 and was the Training manager until this past year when I became President. I wanted to help others enjoy fishing and being on the water because I could not take out my Grandparents and Father and wanted to do it for other people’s parents. To see the joy that we bring to others we serve is a passion of mine and very fulfilling.

I am blessed by my wife of 45 years, she is totally supportive of me and loves to help with our fish fries. I also have two daughters with wonderful spouses along with 2 Grandchildren.
