Joe Oprosko
Joe is President and COO of Veridocs, Inc., a software technology company specializing in the gaming industry. He is also a partner in Oprosko & Associates working on a part-time basis and has over 30 years of broad-based executive, accounting, consulting, audit, training, and financial business experience working with Veridocs, a large national consulting firm, a large second-tier national CPA firm, a large regional firm in New York City, and a small firm in Minnesota, primarily in financial Institutions, technology, gaming, Tribal operations, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, publishing, and real estate. He has been the President and COO of Veridocs since 2009 with his primary focus on leading the organization, operations and business development. Prior to Veridocs, he has been involved in all aspects of internal and external auditing including financial reporting, management reporting, reconciliations, audit fieldwork, report preparation and delivery, report review, and internal control and process assessments and improvements. Joe has also developed an expertise working with start- up businesses in assisting with the development of business plans, restructuring the operations, along with streamlining and structuring the financial reporting. While working in accounting, he had been a national director of professional education for a large national accounting firm, responsible for the entire audit and accounting curricula.
