In 2002 Let’s Go Fishing became a reality for a man who had fond memories of growing up with a fishing pole in his hand and of his Grandfather Art teaching him how to fish. He attended Moorhead State & St. Cloud College and graduated with a management degree in 1982. Soon after marrying his high school sweet heart Carolyn, he pursued a career in the Insurance industry where he would stay for the next 20 years. He was very successful in the industry even taking on speaking at National Conventions but his heart told him there was something more
I received my Bachelors degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a focus in Public Relations and Advertising. I’ve always been a strong advocate for helping seniors within communities, as my first job as a teenager was working in my local nursing home. I made immediate connections with all the residents.
My professional interests focus on the day to day operations of the Central Office as well as communicative approaches to keep chapter members and volunteers up to date with new processes, technology, and safety policies and procedures.
